- Wrap around each nail tightly with tin foil, and leave it for around 10 minutes or longer.

Q：Why does it fall off so easily
A：1）It is vital that you can not have the polish attached to skin or cuticle otherwise it definitely will be easy to peel off. 2）Without using a nail file to dehydrate your nail make the nail surface dry and rough.
Q：Why doesn't it dry after cure on the light?
A：Please check the wattage of your lamp. 1 min under UV lamp or 30s under LED light will cure the base coat sufficiently. We suggest: Base coat cured for 30 secs. Gel polish each coat -60 secs. Top coat-60 secs.
Q：Why is the base coat sticky after curing?
A：It's normal for base coat to be sticky, which might make you think it doesn't cure well. It dries with a sticky finish which
is perfect for applying powder,and gives the next coat of polish something to hold onto. It will feel sticky until sealed with our No Wipe Top Coat.
Q：Why does the base coat look uneven?
A：1）Lack of buffing nails with nail buffer, or oil still on the nail priot manicure.2）Thinner base coat wouldn't cover uneven nails well.3) Didn't cure gel nails sufficiently, the underneath coat would raised in that way.
Q：Why do bubbles form after applying top coat?
A：1）Repeated application before curing would cause bubble formed up easily. When you put nails under lamp, the bubble would crack.2) One layer of top coat would be recommended. Instead, two layers may leave circle finish.3)Too much coating / too fast /too heavy can leave bubbles or spots.

Refund conditions:

If the refund is made for the customer's own reasons, such as not liking it, not wanting it anymore, etc., we will need to charge a handling fee of 20% of the selling price for the returned product. Also any original shipping costs or return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless it is an error on our part.
