Getting a new acrylic powder and dip powder manicure feels great, but all good things come to an end, when your manicure has to be removed, being able to do it yourself at home is far better than spending money on going to a nail salon.

If you decide not to go to a nail salon to remove your manicure, you need to know a few proper ways to avoid damaging your nails.

First, you need to prepare some tools, including a cotton balls, 100 percent pure acetone, aluminum foil, nail clippers, a cuticle pusher, and cuticle oil.

Then if your nails are extended, use nail clippers to cut off all the extensions. And use a nail file to rub off the top coat on the surface of the nail.

Finally, start removing the rest of your manicure.Apply cuticle oil to your nails first to protect your nails. Then soak a cotton ball with acetone, place it on the nail, and wrap the nail in aluminum foil.Do this for each nail, then wait for the acetone to dissolve the fake nail .The length of time depends on the thickness of your nails.

After about ten minutes, examine each nail and use a cuticle pusher to remove any remaining nails.Acrylic powder and dip powder may require multiple repetitions and you will need a little patience.

Finally, after everything is removed, remember to care for your nails with cuticle oil or other products.
